The ingredients are local Australian beef, blended with local vegetables, herbs and red wine to ensure the authentic Neapolitan flavour is maintained. Each item in our snap frozen range is presented in 500g and 1kg (transparent) branded packets, designed to allow customers to inspect the contents of each package, before purchasing. As with all our servings, our 500g products serve two people, whereas our 1kg size serves four people. Our snap frozen sauces come in 400g tubs, and our dry fettuccine is similarly presented in 400g (transparent) packs.
The filling is made from chicken fillets, a mélange of vegetables, mixed herbs and fresh chicken stock. Chardonnay or White Burgundy is a particularly popular chilled wine accompaniment with this dish.
The filling consists of ricotta and parmesan cheese, herbs and spinach. It is a particular favourite, based on our production numbers. Goes well with a glass of rosé.
The filling comprises ricotta cheese, a soupçon of herbs and local pumpkin being added at a subsequent stage of the process, to achieve the authentic flavour of the dish. Recommended with sauvignon blanc.

Our range of dry fettuccine comes in four different flavours, which are as under.
The egg fettuccine is illustrated in the brochure. These products are highly popular within our customer base, and with our cream sauce, (along with diced bacon and garlic, which are not included in the cream sauce) makes an inexpensive and nutritious hot meal for four people.

The pasta sheets are made from the same ingredients as the beef ravioli. The filling includes beef mince, vegetables, cheese, white sauce and herbs. The 500g serve, is suitable for one person, the 1.2kg size is suitable for three to four people, whereas the 1.8 kg size is enough for six people.
The bolognaise sauce is made from beef mince, vegetables and herbs.
The tomato and basil sauce are made from crushed tomato, vegetables and herbs.
The cream sauce has a fresh cream base, and includes vegetables and herbs.
As for the wine, some customers indicate their preference for a lighter, sancerre type, considered as an appropriate accompaniment to what is a traditional Italian speciality.
